NOTES FROM OUR SOMMELIERS

👁 straw yellow in color with greenish reflections;

👃🏻 the nose expresses an especially fruity bouquet (apple above all) and floral, with citrus fruits in evidence;

👄 on the palate it is balanced between the acidic and soft parts with fruity returns; mineral and fresh.

RECOMMENDED COMBINATION

A mineral, fresh, full-bodied white that requires strong, intense, not too structured combinations. Perfect with fish main courses, white meats and even well-seasoned first courses.

REFINEMENT
Pure Trebbiano. Vinification in steel and after alcoholic fermentation it remains on its yeasts with periodic batonnage until the beginning of the following spring.

YOU WILL LOVE IT FOR...

its minerality .

TERRITORY OF ORIGIN

TERROR

The company is located in Scansano, home of Morellino. The terrain is varied and wide, in the western part there are arenaceous soils of the boulder or pietraforte type, while in the eastern part, in correspondence with the limestone and clay formations, it appears more complex and tormented.

The soils are generally not very deep, with a rocky substratum in various cases emerging, but in any case it allows the production of wines recognized on the national and international scene.

CELLAR

The company is led with passion and dedication by the Bargagli family, who for three generations have been producing particularly interesting and expressive wines, enhancing the characteristics of the territory and grape variety, starting from the excellent quality of the raw material. The vineyards extend over approximately 30 hectares, mainly cultivated with Sangiovese and Trebbiano Toscano , notoriously among the most widespread and appreciated in these territories particularly suited to viticulture.
