When will I receive the box?
We will send the first box immediately , just enough time for our sommeliers to select the perfect wines for you.
If the path you have chosen includes future selections or renewals, they take place on the 27th of the month (based on the plan you have chosen, starting from the month following the order) and the boxes arrive around the 10th of the month.

Can I check the shipping status?
Certain. In the confirmation of shipment via email, you will also find the shipment references to monitor the route, alternatively write to us and we will give you all the information
What should I do if the ordered product does not arrive?
Write to us immediately at wineclub@sommelierwinebox.com and we will contact the courier to resolve the problem.
What can I do if I receive a bottle that tastes like cork?
Write to us and we will solve the problem by sending you another one or refunding you the full amount, depending on the availability of the bottles.
What should I do if I receive a damaged bottle?
If you receive one or more damaged bottles, contact us immediately by sending us a photo and description of the damage: this will allow us to verify the problem and resolve it.
