In the Classic Plan the selection of wines is curated by our experts based on quality and seasonality.
In the Premium plan we offer customization options, allowing you to influence the selection based on your personal tastes.
In the Exclusive plan we offer an extremely high level of customization. You can work directly with our experts to create your bespoke selection, or choose your favorite wines from a set of curated options
Is the shipment safe?
Certain! We only use packaging specifically developed for shipping wine. If a bottle is damaged, contact us and we will find a solution immediately.
What happens if a wine tastes corked?
We value customer satisfaction. If a wine has defects, we invite you to contact us to discuss a possible solution, which may include replacement of the wine or a credit for the future.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, the Classic Plan allows cancellation at any time. For the Premium Plan, cancellation is possible at the end of the annual subscription period. The Exclusive Plan offers customized terms, so cancellation flexibility may vary.
Is it possible to give a subscription as a gift?
