Sparkling Malvasia is a versatile wine: its freshness and intense aromas make it ideal for pairing with light, fragrant appetizers and seafood first courses. Also worth trying with Chinese cuisine.

REFINEMENT

Grapes harvested carefully by hand. Vinified in an autoclave with the Charmat or Martinotti method: the base wine is transferred to steel autoclaves, where the second fermentation takes place.

TERRITORY OF ORIGIN

TERROR

In the picturesque lands at the foot of the majestic Monviso, viticulture takes place in an enchanting landscape, characterized by gentle hills and fertile valleys.

Native vines such as Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Arneis dominate the vineyards, giving the wines distinctive characteristics. Nebbiolo, in particular, is the heart of the great Piedmontese red wines, while Dolcetto offers fruity and light wines. Arneis gives life to fresh and aromatic white wines.

The presence of Monviso significantly influences the climate and terroir of the region, creating optimal conditions for growing vines. The hills optimally exposed to the sun and fresh winds coming from the mountains help maintain a moderate temperature during the ripening period of the grapes, preserving freshness and balance in the wines produced.

CELLAR

Between the Piedmontese Alps there are two picturesque valleys, the Germanasca and the Pellice, each guardian of a unique treasure. In the heart of these majestic mountains lies talc, while on the surface the cultivation of the rare Bianver grape variety flourishes. Over the centuries, the inhabitants of these valleys became miners, digging deep tunnels to extract the precious talc. Today, at 10°C and 90% humidity, these ancient mines offer the ideal place for refining the sparkling wines produced by Mauro and Elisa Camusso.

With energy and dedication, Elisa manages the 8.5 hectares of mountain vineyards, located in the shadow of Monviso.
