NOTES FROM OUR SOMMELIERS

👁 Sparkling wine with fine perlage and a beautiful pale straw yellow colour;

👃🏻 on the nose it imposes itself as rich and complex, with floral-fruity notes, wrapped in a light sensation of fresh bread and vanilla that give great finesse;

👄 the taste is lively, with good structure and acidity, a nice acid-sweet sensation integrated with excellent salinity. The finish is fascinating, long, pleasant and very clean.

RECOMMENDED COMBINATION

Very versatile, which expresses a unique fragrance. For this reason he prefers fresh but characterful dishes. Excellent as a refined aperitif, it pairs very well with fish and shellfish-based starters, seafood or fish-based first courses. We recommend it with salmon tartare flavored with citrus fruits.

REFINEMENT

From vineyards with complex soils, originating from the movements of glaciers over millennia. The vineyards have their roots in them and transfer part of this complexity and richness (gravel, sand and fine polygenic sediments) to the grapes. Soft pressing of the grapes, harvested by hand, vinification with the Classic Method and aging for at least 15 months.

YOU WILL LOVE IT FOR...

elegance.

TERRITORY OF ORIGIN

TERROR

We are in the Trento DOC area, home of renowned bubbles, which stands out for elegant wines that express a unique concept of territoriality. The success and particularity of the Trento DOC sparkling wine is due precisely to the characteristics of the territory: the combination of climate, different altitudes, soils and savoir faire Trentino make Trento DOC not just a simple sparkling wine, but a highly prized mountain sparkling wine, increasingly recognized and awarded. The Trentino area, although small, is covered by 10,000 hectares of vines with a percentage of grapes destined for the production of sparkling wine equal to 8% and a total production of 7 million bottles per year. The vines can enjoy different climates: we go from a mountain microclimate to the milder one of Garda. Factors such as the altitude of the vineyard and the temperature range play an important role in the ripening of the grapes, influencing the organoleptic characteristics of the wines. The varieties grown for Trento DOC sparkling wine are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The surface area of organic vineyards in Trentino is continually increasing, a natural consequence of the attention and responsibility of sparkling wine producers towards the healthiness of their products.

CELLAR

It is a family-run sparkling wine factory located in the municipality of Lavis, near Trento. It is a Playa reality, born just over 5 years ago thanks to Vito's over thirty years of experience and the passion that binds him to this territory.

The three labels produced are the result of years of meticulous studies on the geology and geomorphology of the Trentino soils, specifically the porphyritic soils of the Cembra Valley (Vulcanite) and the polycompound soils of the Morainic Hills located in the Adige Valley (Diamicton). The production is contained and managed in an artisanal way, on a 1.7 hectare vineyard.
