TERRITORY OF ORIGIN

TERROR

Few people today think that Catalunya is a great wine region. Instead, thanks to an ideal climate for growing vines and sandy soils, it is able to give its Mediterranean soul to the wines. We produce fresh and light wines and also structured reds which over time will give an important and growing result.

CELLAR

The Raventós Rosell Estate, also known as Heretat Vall-Ventós, is located in the town of Masquefa. Surrounded by vineyards, it is located at the foot of the old road to Montserrat. Around: the farm, the winemaking area and the underground cellars. The farm is from the 18th century. Over the years it has undergone modifications and during the 1980s it was purchased by Joan Raventós Rosell. In this period, new plantings of vines of a dozen different varieties began in the 40 hectares of vineyards in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. The winery produces a wide range of wines, including those of the Penedès DO, from pure grape varieties such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, reds and rosés from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir, and base wine for the Cava obtained from the Macabeo, Xarello, parellada and chardonnay.
