Our company was born in 1905, when my great-grandfather Giovanni bought some vineyards in one beautiful location in Mornico Losana (PV). Then uniting them with other localized ones in the municipality of Oliva Gessi an island of vineyard hills has been created, protected from the wind and with a perfect microclimate.
Today, in Cà di Frara we dedicate ourselves body and soul to viticulture and sparkling wine production . We do this by continuing practices agronomic practices that have always been natural. The grapes are harvested by hand, the pressing soft (with 50% yield), pure fermentation at a controlled temperature.
We have chosen and choose total respect every day for the product , to propose wines that are truly unique .
