The history of the winery starts from two winemakers who met and decided to settle in Maremma, in the heart of the Uccellina Park, to give life to an ambitious project.

Here, we decided to start an ambitious project and plant our vines, inside and outside the Natural Park. We travel along roads that are still untrodden and we do it with the tenacity of those who believe in ancient techniques, in the material things are made of, in small quantities, in the responsibility of sustainable production.
