I have childhood memories linked to the family vineyards, when I walked through the vineyards with my grandfather Raffaello and my father Riccardo. I spent entire days in the cellar helping them make wine and oil: like them from their parents, I too learned the techniques that are handed down from generation to generation . When my father decided to leave the company in 2004, I had no hesitations: that was my path! I began by renewing the machinery, building a new cellar, switching from concrete to steel and, little by little over the years, replanting the old vineyards. In the 7 hectares of property I have maintained the native varieties, innovating the winemaking processes . Today the company faces a new challenge: it is converting organically, because we want to dedicate even more attention to sustainability and the territory. Eleonora Rossini
