Stage #7 of the Sommelier Wine Box (October 2018) was led by Lorena Lancia - best sommelier in Italy FISAR 2016 , who took us on a journey to discover three great reds.
The image of approaching autumn materializes before our eyes slopes covered with birch, chestnut and beech trees that are tinged with all shades from yellow to gold, from scarlet to purple, up to amaranth and burgundy. The landscape changes, the fresh air reminds us that winter is not far away and the desire for something that accompanies us through the turning of the season takes hold. Few things are more satisfying than observing the course of nature, perhaps wrapped in a blanket, sipping a glass of red wine, within which suggestions that originate in that same natural miracle are condensed.
