We have told you about three companies ( Ca' di Frara , Cantina Della Volta , Cantina Dalle Ore ), on a journey from the Oltrepò Pavese to the Lessini Mountains passing through Sorbara, on a journey between tradition and innovation. Cellars that are both historic and young, united by a very special generational relationship between fathers and sons. Courageous founders who in difficult years undertook the practice of viticulture with sacrifice, becoming pioneers. Sons who have brought innovation and dynamism to the point of changing the company philosophy, introducing their ideas with a pinch of healthy madness.
