Stage #28 of Sommelier Wine Box (July 2020, led by sommelier Alessia Taffaril) was a journey through Sicilian wines .

"I wanted to propose the wines of Sicily - a region that has an ancient winemaking history behind it - and in particular small Sicilian productions , those that promote and give space to native vines, strengthening a great land of wine, sun and sea. It will be a journey from Camporeale to the Noto Valley, passing through the countryside of Naro, in the province of Agrigento.

The selected wines play on structure and aromas and have a predilection - which is also my personal one - for freshness and easy drinking . The importance of being able to finish a bottle is no small thing for me."
