Andrea took us on a tour of Italy to discover excellent perlage .
The passion I have for sparkling wines pushed me to look for high quality products from our peninsula, which had something special to tell. The Italian sparkling wine history is not as long as that of its cousins beyond the Alps, but we are increasingly perfecting ourselves, enhancing the vines and territory. The possibility of combining them with many dishes then always gives new surprises at the table, even if the best results are the pleasantness and freshness that each glass offers. This is why I have chosen to take you on a journey into the world of bubbles: you will certainly be involved.
