This month the sommelier Alessandro Tupputi offers a selection of wines from very small wineries, from Puglia to Piedmont, giving space to new combinations.

Let's mix up the cards by discovering wines from north to south of Italy and exploring encounters between new and only apparently contrasting flavours, playing with temperatures and having fun behind the stove. In perfect Michelin star style.
