To guide Stage #18 of the Sommelier Wine Box (September 2019) we turned to the legendary Ottavio Venditto , best AIS sommelier 2014 .

After the Master of Friulano in 2012, Ottavio had a magical year in 2014 which in just a few months led him to conquer the Master of Sangiovese, the Nebbiolo Master and the AIS national championship .
“ I love wine in a morbid way – he told us – and I can say that I am a wine hunter : I love big names, of course, but I am constantly looking for gems because I also like to give a voice to the small, enlightened, wine artisans” .
