Yet, red is one of the colors we wear least, because it is demanding, it attracts attention, it awakens the senses, it suddenly brings the mind back to the present. It takes courage to wear red and personality.

After all, in the collective image , wine is red par excellence and Italian reds are among the most loved in the world.
If over time it has been loaded with many properties ( including fighting aging and cardiovascular diseases ), there are those who go so far as to link the preference for red wine to psychological aspects, linked to each person's deepest personality. Those who love red, therefore, would be led to introspection - while always rational - to self-analysis, to meditation. And you can also indulge yourself within the typology: those who prefer more multifaceted reds, such as Barbera or Barolo, would, for example, have a natural predisposition for complexity...
For red wine lovers, we offer a selection every month and in October 2018 we dedicated the entire selection to red wines , created by Lorena Lancia (best FISAR sommelier 2016) choosing small and special wineries from Sicily, Tuscany and Trentino Alto Adige. They are different wines but all designed to be shared at the table, to warm up the evenings, to welcome autumn, to meditate on nature changing its colours...
