The tailor-made itinerary is our classic service. We create customized selections for customers based on:
- everyone's needs and tastes
- oenological knowledge
- desire to experiment
After purchase we will send you a wine proposal via email which you can accept, have modified or even opt for a refund
You will always have a sommelier available for your selections, always free and included in the subscription
- ENTHUSIASTA plan includes wines from €10-15
- PASSIONATO plan a mix of wines between €10 and €30
- EXPERT plan wines from €25-30
You can always arrange them or receive them as a surprise
From €10 to €30 depending on the plan, always niche and different
In flexible subscription, pausing or canceling for free at any time
The first box immediately, the others (if expected) on the 10th of the month
Great experts collaborate with us and choose the cellars
You can change them whenever you want, for example to receive more whites and bubbles in the summer season and reds in the winter
Each wine has a PDF with tasting notes, history of the cellar, the territory, tasting tips and food pairings

What type of wines do I receive?
We analyze your wine preferences, based on the answers to the questionnaire, and the experts offer you the perfect wine selections for you.
Who chooses the wines?
We work with a fantastic team of experts from all over the world : they are some of the best sommeliers around.
The underlying principle is that wine is too vast a world (and too beautiful!) to know everything: this is why we work with many experts and are always looking for new ones.
What does a box contain?
Each box contains 3 or 6 bottles of wine (your choice). The technical data sheets of each bottle with tasting notes, advice, curiosities and the history of the cellar can be consulted directly from the Sommelier Wine Box app.
Can I change my preferences?
Yes, you can always change preferences , or decide to receive only certain types of wines (for example only reds in the winter season).
You can do this in two ways:
1. enter your personal page and click on the "Change preferences" button
2. write an email to wineclub@sommelierwinebox.com
If I don't like a wine received, what should I do?
We are here for you: write an email to wineclub@sommelierwinebox.com and tell us your experience: for us it is essential to know this in order to solve the problem and always improve the selections.
