🍾 Delphine Colin
Delphine was born into a family of winemakers and is "one" with her homeland.
Her passion for wine and her strong entrepreneurial spirit have led her to dedicate herself to supporting and promoting the family business in France and abroad.
Vertus and Colin
🍷 The Vertus region
Vertus is a renowned wine-growing area nestled in Champagne, which stands out for its limestone soil rich in marine fossils and the cool climate influenced by the nearby Argonne forest.
🍾 The Colin cellar
Colin's vineyard covers 5 villages, from north to south, from Cramant to Sézanne, and is cultivated with Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, rare and very particular in this area.
Most of the Premier Cru plots are located at the bottom of the hill, on fertile, silty-limestone soil which gives the Champagnes an irresistible savory and creamy taste.
