Traditional vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and subsequent refinement in oak barrels for 12 months, before bottling.

Château Haute Terrasse is located in Saint Magne de Castillon, near the historic site of the Battle of Castillon in 1453. The winery is nestled in the Castillon – Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, bordering Saint-Emilion.
